Community Partners

Lullaby Project Pittsburgh would not be possible without our incredible community partners. We have made some amazing connections in our first couple years of work, and are excited to continue making more.

The Dragon's Den is an after-school program in Homestead. Kids who attend experience a curriculum that challenges and promotes healthy learning their recreation, social emotional learning, STEAM based activities, and academic enrichment taught through Experiential Learning.

We are proud to provide on-going music education through individual songwriting at Dragon's Den.

The mission of Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh is to provide innovative and inclusive museum experiences that inspire kindness, joy, creativity and curiosity for all learners. They forge connections with artists, community partners and neighbors to work on behalf of children, youth and families. Their vision is to transform education.

We are happy to be the first Lullaby Project in the country to partner with a Children's Museum.

The Awareness Wellness Center, located in Shadyside, is a psychotherapy practice dedicated to healing and holistic care.

Their beautiful space has been a welcoming and peaceful environment for our songwriting sessions and celebration concert.

Allegheny Health Network

We're lucky to be partnering with the team at Allegheny Health Network, which is the home of Dr. Tracey Vogel, OB anesthesiologist. Dr. Vogel's practice has helped connect us to expecting parents who have experienced birth trauma.

MAYA’s mission is to provide education and promote the healing process in order to enable women and families to break the cycle of generational trauma and foster the optimal physical and mental development of their children. Learn more about MAYA here.

Carnegie Mellon University

Our project is one of the few Lullaby Projects in the country to involve a partnership between a university and a health network.

Carnegie Mellon was the birthplace of our project, and students from the College of Fine Arts, Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, and the BXA Intercollege Degree Program have joined our teaching artist team after completing trainings with us.
